What is included in the basic photo booth package?

Each photo booth package comes with the photo booth setup, an on-site attendant, unlimited photo sessions and print-outs, a custom template for prints, props, and digital photo delivery.

How much space do you need for a setup

We typically require a 7x9 ft area for the booth and backdrop. We’ll work with you to ensure a smooth fit for your venue and will adjust based on your space availability.

How long does it typically take to setup/breakdown?

Setup usually takes about 45–60 minutes, and breakdown about 30 minutes. We arrive early to ensure everything is ready and if any issues arise we can address it before your event begins.

Can we customize the photo booth for our event?

Yes! Beyond the packages that scale depending on the hours of use, we have the ability to add different specifics depending on your needs. Such as custom backdrops, props, specific style of prints and more!

What if my event is outdoors?

Outdoor event are welcome! We only need a flat area for coverage and we’ll provide a generator to get all the equipment we need running. A tent may also be provided depending on the weather conditions.

Do you offer physical prints or just digital copies?

Both! You can choose digital-only delivery, physical 2x6 or 4x6 prints, or a combination. Guests can also receive their photos instantly via text, email, or QR code.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance to secure your date, especially during peak seasons. Last-minute bookings are possible if we have availability. If inquiries are within a week of the event we will add a $150 rush fee.

What happens if there's a technical issue during the event?

Our booths are built for reliability, and our on-site attendant is trained to resolve issues quickly. We also bring backup equipment for peace of mind.

How do we get the photo after the event?

You’ll receive a full online gallery link within 24–48 hours, where you and your guests can view, download, and share all the photos.
